In recent years, with the improvement of the requirements for oil pollution control in equipment systems, more and more requirement of testing the degree of oil contamination or the overall quality of oil are shown. At the application of laboratory, a large number of precision testing equipment for oil contaminant content was developed. First, sample the oil. And then send it to a dedicated laboratory for testing moisture, particulate impurities, aged products and harmful gases in the oil.

Its unique measurement technology is extremely sensitive to the change of oil moisture content, which can real-time, online and continuously monitor the oil moisture content indicators. YTS-M-1 Online Monitoring Sensor for Oil Micro-Moisture is mainly used to measure trace water. The water dissolved in the oil can accurately output AW and PPM values. Power transformer and reactor are the valuable assets of the power industry. Real-time monitoring the micro-moisture of insulating oil plays a crucial role in the running of these valuable assets. Because of the existence of moisture will lower the breakdown voltage of insulating oil, increase the dielectric loss and accelerate the degradation of polymer insulation aging. These will reduce the performance of the insulation system and even cause insulation breakdown and partial discharge, which will seriously affect the safe operation of power system. YTS31 Online Monitoring Sensor for Viscosity and Density applies the world advanced piezoelectric resonant MEMS components. With the internal integration of high-precision signal sampling and processing unit as well as the advanced algorithm, it can automatically provide real-time fluid density, viscosity and temperature data. The 20 ℃ density, kinematic viscosity, viscosity index and viscosity of 40 ℃ and 100 ℃ can also be acquired through the interior powerful calculating program.
The YTS31 is easy to use and requires no operator intervention. All tests are done automatically by the sensor. The user can simply install it on the pipe to measure the density, viscosity and temperature through the productive process.
