Recently i received more and more greetings and inquiries from my friends and customers around the world. They are all curious how China was preventing and controlling the epidemic in past 2 months.
I live in Shenzhen, China, one of the bigges city which has more than 12million population, roughly 800 kilometers from Wuhan, unlike Wuhan, our city isn’t lockdown, but most residents stay at home from early February, many business and institutions were closed. We work from home since Feb 1st, and return to office on Feb 10th, we protect ourselves carefully, wear masks and to enough disinfection in public area.
There are 451 confirmed cases till today in our City, 419 patients have been discharged from hospital and 3 dealths have been reported, all the 29 patients are being treated in Hospital now.
Thankfully, none of my family members, friends, or colleagues have tested positive for the novel coronavirus. The doorman in each building will detect the temperature of each person in and out with infrared thermometer gun, to find the suspected cases and send them to quarantine.
