On October 28, 2021, the China Construction Machinery Condition Monitoring and Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Conference (Construction Machinery Special Session of the Non-destructive Testing Branch of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society) was held in Shanghai Mart. The theme of the conference is “Condition Monitoring and Intelligent Operation and Maintenance of China’s Construction Machinery”. The content includes: the latest developments in condition monitoring technology, the application of oil monitoring technology in the intelligent operation and maintenance of construction machinery, and the impact of construction machinery equipment management on oil monitoring technology. Requirements, etc., to help the development of China’s construction machinery intelligent operation and maintenance services.
The conference was sponsored by the Non-destructive Testing Branch of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, undertaken by the “Non-destructive Testing” editorial department of the Shanghai Institute of Materials, and co-organized by yateks. In the lecture, Professor Xiaoling Wu first introduced the origin of tribology and its development in China. From the perspective of “lubricating oil is a mechanical part”, the mechanism and mechanism of the role of lubricating oil in the operation of mechanical equipment are introduced. Combined with the principle of tribology, the “three-body kinematics” model of lubrication is introduced. Combined with the “three-body kinematics” model, Professor Wu combined with years of work experience focused on the key considerations in the active lubrication design process. It mainly includes the judgment of lubrication status, lubricating oil flow control equation and gear meshing principle. Emphasizes the difference between lubrication status and equipment operating conditions, and the importance of lubrication status judgment for lubrication design.
