What is factory equipment maintenance management?

Planned maintenance of production equipment includes major repairs, minor repairs and maintenance. It belongs to the cyclic maintenance based on time or period. This is preventive maintenance. What are the common equipment maintenance and management tasks?

1.Major and minor repairs. Equipment maintenance can be divided into major repairs and minor repairs according to the repair content, technical requirements, workload and repair time.

① Minor repairs are routine maintenance, mainly based on equipment defects or signs of deterioration found in equipment routine maintenance and other self-inspection equipment inspections, and excluding repairs in a timely manner before the failure occurs. It is preventive maintenance.

② Overhaul is the largest work and the repair time is longer. Its purpose is to disassemble most of the equipment to repair the basic parts, replace or repair mechanical parts, electrical parts, and adjust and repair the electrical system. The overhauled production equipment can completely remove the defects existing before the overhaul and repair the equipment to the specified accuracy.

2.The planned warranty is from the 1960s. On the basis of summarizing the experience and lessons of the planned pre-repair, an equipment maintenance system that combines prevention and repair is gradually established. Clearly understand the system and method for planned three-level maintenance and overhaul of equipment.

The three-level maintenance is divided into daily maintenance, primary maintenance and secondary maintenance. Practice has proved that many machinery manufacturing enterprises have implemented this equipment maintenance system and achieved good results.

3.Inspection and spot inspection is a basic system and management method widely used in workshop equipment management. Mainly through the human five senses or with the help of simple tools and instruments. Timely and accurately grasp the technical status of the equipment, so as to maintain and improve the performance of the equipment, troubleshoot hidden troubles, prevent accidents, reduce downtime and ensure normal production.

① Inspection is to inspect equipment according to preset standards, cycles and methods. Through the inspection, the abnormal phenomena and hidden dangers of the equipment can be found in time, and the initial information of the equipment can be grasped. The inspection should go deep into the workshop, inspect the machinery and equipment, and make a record of the inspection.

② Spot inspection is a preventive and careful inspection of the specified parts of the equipment for whether there is abnormality. It is expected that the hidden dangers and defects of the equipment can be detected, prevented and dealt with at an early stage. The inspection cycle and inspection content are formulated according to the equipment manual and operating procedures, and will vary in different industries, workshops, and equipment. The work content of equipment inspection generally includes “five determinations”: fixed point – set inspection parts, items and contents, especially key points; fixed method – set inspection method; calibration – set inspection Standard; regular ——- set the inspection cycle; appointed person ——- determine the person in charge of the inspection project.

Equipment maintenance work steps: Before preventive maintenance, a plan should be prepared, and preparations for maintenance items should be done well. In the planned cycle or date, the maintenance work order is formed according to the maintenance plan, and the maintenance work is recorded in detail after the maintenance. The steps are as follows:

1) Prepare maintenance plans for equipment maintenance, spot inspection, patrol inspection and overhaul and minor repairs.

2) Assign tasks, including work order preparation and work order issuance.

3) Work order execution, including maintenance personnel to perform maintenance, manual or use of on-site terminals to perform equipment inspections, spot checks, registration of equipment maintenance and inspections, and analysis of abnormal equipment.
